The much awaited Rajamouli film is here! The film hit  more than 4000 theaters across the globe. Fans waited in long queues and some went berserk for tickets to watch the film on day one itself. Was it worth the wait? Hold your breath..Yes.. It most definitely was!
But certain section of people who have watched the movie feel that the film could have been more crisp. Predictable story line, war scenes and dragged first half may make audience a bit impatient, says one. Baahubali will entertain you if you watch the movie without any expectations.
The much awaited movie of the decade, Baahubali has something for everyone, gripping story line, epic period drama, and of course superb war scenes and extraordinary visuals.

Prabhas a character with a chequered past, and a turbulent childhood.Prabhas plays dual role, both father (Amarendra Baahubali) and son (Shivudu).

The Movie is technically very sound, and the Cinematography by Senthil is the movie's main asset. Music of the film is already a super hit, and MM Keeravani's background score suitably complements the narration.

One word for the action sequences choreographed by Peter Heins is mind blowing. The performances of lead actors - Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Tamannaah Bhatia and Anushka Shetty who sacrified their careers for nearly three years and whose rigorous hard work we can see in the project, have lived the characters and they are as good as ever. All the characters are  totally convincing and they breathe life into their roles. The chemistry between Shivudu and Avantika (Tamannah) is crackling and hence more scenes could have made viewers happy.  Voice-overs have no impact on the audience.
All said and done, the movie clearly belongs to Rajamouli. But if you can sit through the first half, then the second half will give you a never before experienced feeling. What is so special about movie? Who is Baahubali and Shivudu? How are the visuals?  How has Rana the villain's role for the first time in his career? Does the Tollywood hunk Prabhas who is known play lover boy roles fit Shivudu's role and convinced the audience?  Well!  Who is Maheshmathi? For answers to all these questions watch the movie in a theatre near you.
Plus Points:
Cinematography
Direction
Visuals
Visual Effects

Minus points:
Screenplay
Slow pace in second half
Our verdict, forget everything and watch Baahubali this weekend.
